I am passionate about helping expecting and new mamas feel great during this hugely transitional time!  I went to yoga school in 2018 while I was pregnant with the specific goal of teaching prenatal yoga one day.  After I graduated I got my prenatal certification and started teaching at Lotus shortly after!  I teach a prenatal/postnatal flow every Sunday at 2pm. Classes are catered to 1st-4th trimester mamas and we focus on breath work and alleviating the aches and pains of pregnancy/postnatal recovery through a gentle flow.  We end each class with meditation giving you a total mind and body restore.  Sign up below!  Your first prenatal class is free!
